I`m reviewing this hand now and I`m really surprised how I played it. The player showed aggression in the last hands we played and I guess that is the reason I have called the river, although if I have to play now I would definitely fold here.
However, how should the turn be played. I decided to check call and maybe if the river was lower junk the call would be ok but on this river we should call. I don`t think I should either bet or fold the turn. what do you think?

Turn is indeed a close 1 with top pair and flush draw. I don't think it's to crazy to call there.
River is for me a easy fold. I don't think he will bluff for stacks.

What about just calling preflop? There are better hands for 3betting in these positions like small suited aces or one gappers. I would just call because AJo dominates his range. With this hand you will hardly ever hit a good flop to barrel with. It is a 3bet pot which gets much bigger every street and you dont want be playing for stacks with top pair or something like that and you will not hit many good draws to semi bluff on.

As played I think flop and turn is fine. River is tricky because you beat basically just bluffs. I would rather fold there.
