Hi all

Poker Stars, $0.08/$0.16 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 8 Players

SB: $18.81 (117.6 bb)
BB: $16 (100 bb)
UTG+2: $15.58 (97.4 bb)
MP1: $24.60 (153.8 bb) 39 hands 69 / 10, Afq: (28)
MP2: $14.61 (91.3 bb)
MP3: $14.38 (89.9 bb)
Hero (CO): $16 (100 bb)
BTN: $30.66 (191.6 bb)

Preflop: Hero is CO with J♣: J♥:
UTG+2 folds, MP1 raises to $0.32, MP2 folds, MP3 calls $0.32, Hero raises to $1.52, BTN calls $1.52, 2 folds, MP1 calls $1.20, MP3 folds

Flop: ($5.12) 6♠: 7♦: 5♣: (3 players)
MP1 bets $4.89, Hero raises to $14.48 and is all-in, BTN folds, MP1 calls $9.59

Turn: ($34.08) K♠: (2 players, 1 is all-in)
River: ($34.08) 4♠: (2 players, 1 is all-in)

Results:

Spoiler

$34.08 pot ($1.50 rake)
Final Board: 6♠: 7♦: 5♣: K♠: 4♠:
MP1 showed 6♦: 5♥: and won $32.58 ($16.58 net)
Hero showed J♣: J♥: and lost (-$16 net)
BTN mucked and lost (-$1.52 net)

In the game I thought that he can do it with pairs 55-TT and the board blocks some of them, so I need more Eq than 50 so I have pushed, because all Q, K, A, 8, 9, 4 are action killer... 24 cards.. :f_rolleyes:
But right now I think it was to optimistic range. He can have 76s, 65s, 54s type hands also. A7s will be his check / call range, probably.

I have observed over the the years on the micro stakes that pot donk on dry flop from a passive calling station opponent is made hand most of the times.

I have edited this range..

board: 7d6s5c
EQ Win Sharing
Hero 59.06% 55.55% 3.51% { 77, JdJh, JdJs, TdTh, TdTs, TdTc, 9d9h, 9d9s, 9d9c, 8d8h, 8d8s, 8d8c, 6d6h, 6d6s, 6d6c, 5d5h, 5d5s, 5d5c, 9d8d, 9s8s, 9c8c, 8d7d, 8s7s, 8c7c, 7d6d, 7s6s, 7c6c, 6d5d, 6s5s, 6c5c, 5d4d }
Villain 40.94% 37.43% 3.51% { JhJc }

What do you think? :thinking:

There is no need to do range evaluations in this situation, some guy just called your 3bet OOP and donk bet pot on a 675r 3-way. There is simply one capable of telling you what hands he is doing this with, besides sets, 2 pair, str8s etc. Doesn't matter if they shouldn't be in his range (as they shouldn't).
Maybe he decided AK is a value bet, we'll never know. Or K9s.
I don't think there's anything you can do but to stack-off OTF. Take a note and move on.

It's looks like he's a passive fish and than he could have sets and 2 pairs over the place in his donk leading range.
Only hands I can think of that you beat are 88-TT. I don't think a fold is to crazy with this in mind. Seems like he's betting more often with 2 pair+ here like this than with a over pair.

Cheers,
