Donk bet by OOP villain OTF vs my TT

I would make it at least 3bb pre. On the flop I don’t really like a re-raise, we have some showdown value and we have to fold if villain 3-bets the flop, I would call flop like you did and probably call the turn because he bet slightly above half pot, the Queen might scare him if he has a single pair of 7 and might give up on river if you call turn.

From my experience when people Donk at Nl2 they usualy have a bad hand, like a draw or a low pair.

So i just checked first 20 hands in my database from Nl2 when somebody donks on to me.
( i have 88 hands but im lazy to check them all )

Results for 20 hands:

Donk with Medium pair - 6
Donk with Set or TP good kicker - 3
Donk with Draw - 3
Donk top pair bad kicker - 3
Donk with Air or Overcards - 5

I think donk betting ranges vary greatly on the player type of the person doing it, poor players might donk weak pairs but I think without readsand/or against decent players a donk should mean at least decent top pair and better or decent draws, leading out with a weak pair is speculative play when you get called it puts you in a miserable spot on most turns doesn’t it?would like someone else’s thoughts on donking
