[Closed] PT3 not importing SNG results

I am using it to track my play at Pokerstars, it imports the SNG file fine but has no final results resulting in me having a100% loss. Anyone know how to fix this, I seem to remember reading about this but didn't find it in my search here?

Request the tournament summaries from Stars via the Stars interface. They will be emailed to you.

Then you can save the contents of an email to a text file or use the Import from Email feature of PT3.
