Flop check is okay here I think, as I surely dont have 3 streets of value againts an Ax, and I can get that two streets on the turn/river as well + all Ax hands are basicly drawing dead.

What would you do if he decides to triple barell in this spot?

When he check the turn what is you river bet size?

I like the 11BB 3bet size. I think this is fine. I might go bet/bet/bet but smaller sizes, probably not bet/calling though.

Edit: because we are very deep.

It depends a little bit on the villain how I would play it, but most of the time I would cbet the flop around half pot for value. As played I would play the hand the same. No need to check/raise to isolate yourself against better.
