Did I play this correctly? Was my initial bet on the flop too big? I think I played correctly, since I have the aces as my outs, the kings and the queens.

If if you decided to CBet then just push the flop.

If your c-bet would be more than half of your stack just push instead because otherwise you will be too much commited to fold also with very few outs. So, it's better to just push for max FE.

You are playing Shortstack, i t is pretty common to go All-in Postflop
