This might look tough but it is not that tough actually. This fish line is usually polarized from my experience. Either he has some sort of nuts which he plays tricky/got his draw or he has nothing. And without any reads is the first one most of the time. With that in mind your hand is basically a bluffcatcher here. Without any previous read I would also make a fold. The thing is that he can play some Kx like this as well. And since he is not that loose so far I wouldnt put hands like K2 or K3 in his UTG limp calling range. But he certainly has KT+. And he has some flushes there as well. He might have things like ThQh, Qh9h, AhQh which had a straight draw.

So imho his whole value range beats you here and you dont have enough information to make a bluffcatcher call for 82bbs here. I think well played.

Is this a clear value bet OTF? Or could we also check the flop for pot control?
I think I would have check/called all the way.

You've only 62 BB left, so that size matters.
I think pre, flop and turn are fine.

I think it is easy call river, sure, he will have sometimes better, but you only have to be good 29% of the time to play break even.
