I have no clue:

- how my range is perceived here
- how to properly play this hand considering this board
- how villain's range look like

Hero is SB.

RunItOnce - €0.10 PL Hi (6 max) - Omaha Hi - 4 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

CO: 115.5 BB
BTN: 285.4 BB
SB: 139.7 BB
BB: 315.1 BB

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB,
1 BBadded to pot

Pre Flop: (pot: 2.5 BB) SB has T♠ K♥ K♠ 3♥

Flop: (7 BB, 2 players) 6♠ 4♣ 7♦
SB checks, BB checks
What is the plan here? Should I cbet this board?

Turn: (7 BB, 2 players) T♣
SB bets 4.5 BB, BB calls 4.5 BB
I don't know why I bet here...

River: (16 BB, 2 players) A♣
SB checks, BB checks
????

Spoiler

BB shows 6♦ K♦ T♦ J♣ (Two Pair, Tens and Sixes)
(Pre 35%, Flop 38%, Turn 81%)
SB mucks T♠ K♥ K♠ 3♥ (One Pair, Kings)
(Pre 65%, Flop 63%, Turn 19%)
BB wins 15.3 BB

Not sure why this hand isn't answered yet. Anyway I miss the pre-flop action in this hand.
That makes it tough to answer you questions. I guess you made a 3x raise and villain calls.
I'm no PLO Expert, but I would most likely Cbet around 4bb and go from there.

Cheers,

these hands aint answered yet because the good times of pokerstrategy, where they had professional hand reviewers, are gone for long :P

I assume you steal preflop. SB opening frequency is about 30% just like CO. When you play with wider preflop ranges like this you wont have many range advantage on most flops. thats why solvers start to check more flops instead of cbetting.

there fore i check flop. also Id hate to get raised especially when holding SDV and backdoordraws. x/call flop.

on turn youre betting because you dely your cbet and dont want to give away free cards. if villain is passive i like the line but vs passive you want to cbet flop (because checking flop with high frequency relies on a OOP player stabbing)

you dont block 98 but topset now so I think delayed cbet is fine. vs aggressive opponents I might check turn again.
