this hand was difficult for me.
OTF: Since the first guy checked, and a cbet agains 2 players look strong i tried a cbet.
OTT: I hit 2 pair and here is where my mistake begins I think. Im unsure here. I think I should have raise, if I think i am ahead or i have folded. Calling is not that good I think.
OTR: Rivercard makes my 2pair worthless and there is no other option than folding.
What do you think?

Baluga theorem "You should strongly re-evaluate the strength of one-pair hands in the face of a raise on the turn", despite you have 2pairs the villain can play A♥:J♥:: or worst A♥:K♥: so there are two much combos that help villain and for you just a J or T for a fullhouse, so rougly 12% to improve your hand vs a straight, best 2 pairs like :Qx::Tx:, :Qx:::Jx:,
I think folding OTT is the best line
I would say c-bet here is right, since board is wet and you can get value from flush and straight draws and you dont want to give them a free card.
When opponent raises the turn 2x its usually sign of really strong hand and for value but we do have odds to call ofc. He for sure has QT, QJ and 89s. That is 22 combos that are beating you and that is without AK and QQ hands considering that he is 3-betting those hands PF.
And if you shove, you are never ever getting called by a worse hand, so i wouldnt say that shoving on turn is +EV play.
So i dont really see any other option then calling the turn because you can still improve to FH and possible stack him off.
And river is actually very good card for him to shove his missed FD that he might have, but i would say that 99% of his range is for value in this spot.
EP JTs bit hard to play.

Turn is hitting everything to improve opponents hand. nuts and combos . So i like the betsize here.
You facing a ton of ugly minraises man 
-> could be an indicater that you have to look at your stats. OpRaise position , AF, Cbet ratio. and boards , fold to raise cbet etc. dont overthink it but maybe its worth a look.
Otherway. Turn wa-wb c/C and make potcontrol if you scared to bring it it.
when some players are too aggressive you can also sometimes make a move and play c/AI on the turn. but i would not recommend vs a unknown opponent.
play it tight.
I wouldn't c-bet flop OOP against 2 players, only with 2nd pair.
On the Turn i like your bet, but i would fold after the mini raise, unless i have relevant stats or notes from the villain

I love the forum because of that, every time I see a different line of thinking and helps me improve my game. I agreed with you, not 2 cbet oop vs 2 opponents with 2nd par.
I think this is ok overall.
I also don't cbet always vs 2 players. The board is great for both MP and BTN.
Turn is very interesting. Facing a raise is nasty, but he can still have bluffs (at least he should).
Folding vs a min-raise is meh. Sure, this looks super strong because you did bet into 2 players OTF and now you're betting again.
I now you have sets, str8, better blockers (KQ for instance). Now that I look, JTs is not that strong in your range, so it might be ok to fold.
River is nasty because his Kx bluffs got there. Only the flushdraw missed, do I don't mind check/folding.
You have QQ, JJ, TT, A♣:K♣:, even KQ to call with.
