NL16 6Max, slow play gets no action from the lags

The villain is 14/11/af3.0 85 hands

So I flat vs the nit on HJ pre because there are two lags behind me, BTN is 59/41/af:2.6 3B:23.8 52 hands and SB is 27/20/af1.5 3B:26.1 50 hands and the lags have been 3betting me pre a lot with me 4betting QQ once and defending twice thus far also the SB 3bets huge 14BB to 16BB pre.

I think the postflop play here is pretty standard and by river I think the nit doesn't have AA/AK may be -AQ at best and this is a good board for him to bluff catch on river. So, I go for a small value on river.
