Hi there,

I got some hands from my session this afternoon.

1)
PartyPoker 1.00/2.00 Limit Hold'em (5 handed) Recorded and converted with HandRecorder

Preflop: Hero is MP with K♠, A♦
1 folds, Hero raises, CO 3-bets, 2 folds, Hero caps, CO calls.

Flop: (9.50 SB) 3♣, 9♥, 2♣ (2 players)
Hero bets, CO calls.

Turn: (5.75 BB) Q♠ (2 players)
Hero bets, CO calls.

River: (7.75 BB) K♥ (2 players)
Hero bets, CO raises, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 11.75 BB.

villian unknown.

I think this line was fine, but there are some doubts on the river call. I'm not sure what villian would raise in this spot.

River: (6.25 BB) 8♠ (2 players)

Final Pot: 6.25 BB.

Just say something :)

Turn: (14.00 BB) K♦ (4 players)

River: (18.00 BB) J♦ (4 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, MP folds, CO calls, BB calls.

Final Pot: 21.00 BB.

This hand was really confusing. Preflop I raise first in and the betting is capped. Because of the cold-callers I can call getting 10:1. On the flop I was awared of a raise, but I'm getting 20:1 on the first call and even after a raise I'm getting good pot odds. I'm drawing to a backdoor straight and a backdoor flsuh as well as I have 2 overcards. On the turn the K :diamond: is pretty nice. I'm not sure if I can raise. I don't know what CO will do, so I decided to check, hopping that they built a big pot. On the river I got the nuts and was think about a check-raise. But I could'nt be sure CO will raise, caus he just called the turn. So I decided to bet myself, hopping to get some more bets into the pot. What do you think about this hand?

4)
PartyPoker 1.00/2.00 Limit Hold'em (5 handed) Recorded and converted with HandRecorder

Preflop: Hero is MP with K♣, K♥
Hero raises, CO calls, 1 folds, SB calls, BB calls.

Flop: (8.00 SB) T♥, J♦, 3♣ (4 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets, CO calls, SB folds, BB calls.

Turn: (5.50 BB) A♦ (3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, CO raises, BB folds, Hero calls.

River: (9.50 BB) 7♦ (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 11.50 BB.

I'm not feeling good with this line, but I didn't see any 3-bet or fold on the turn or river.

Thanks for your comments,

1) call his raise is ok. The only hand, i see a reason for CO to raise, is KQ. But i wouldn't 3bet with it.
Other hands like QQ..KK makes no sense, he would made more action before river.

2) Clear value bet. I take him on the flush-draw with one heart, possible Ace heart.
If he takes you one the flush and has a king, he will only call your bet.
Its not more expensive, but gives you one more bet, if he has not the king.

3) I wouldn't call the cap preflop.
On flop, i would fold, even with the big pot. You have not really possible draws, the 3better CO is behind you, nobody will fold easy at this big pot. You should do so.
You cannot calculate only your first bet, you have to assume, how many you have to pay completely on flop. its relative sure, that CO raises, perhaps BB 3bets an so on. So, you could pay max. 4 bets and if BB and CO stay, but MP and SB fold, the pot would be worst only about 30 SB. You only get 30:4, so 7,5.
You have to discount your out. Your Overcards can be counterfeited and you have only 3rd bet Flush Kicker.
You don't have the pot-odds to further stay in the hand.

On turn, first check is ok, to look for further action. After CO bet, i would raise to make the pot even bigger.
Now you have the 2nd best Flush-Draw and really good pot-odds. Your odds are 45:9, so 5:1, but pot-odds 16:1, so not only call, but raise.

On River, sure bet. All or most will stay in hand because of the good pot-odds.

Gratulation to this hand, but i wouldn't play it.

4) With only one villian, i would call down, but not with two. Really fold on turn, because the pot is too small.

Greetings,
diller

3) Fold flop because CO and BB still have to act behind you and in most cases you won't see a cheap next card here with your 2 backdoor draws.
