I would consider to isolate the limpers in position with a 5x raise on the BTN.
As played I would bet a little bit more 4 way. like 3bb.
It's to bad you have only info of the SB that folded right away :f_ugly:
Turn and river play seems fine. He's leading huge in to you and if you raise turn or shove the river you get most likely only action of better.

I think this particular holding plays well multiway against wide ranges so don't mind the preflop call too much.

But when the limper leads turn I think you have to raise and get it in on the turn or river in a way. I think he can have here all kinds of two pairs which you beat a lot of. Don't think he has a lot sets altough he has some. He has some ace crappy hand he can't fold on the turn. And he has some just KK-JJ which he can't fold and is now annoyed by the action that gives it to him.

So all in all I do think its a valueraise against a lot of crappy hands and even if he continues without value the occasionally straightdraws tj, 67 etc. ask for a raise, however they are rare but there are some.

River is a spot I don't see that often in my own game but against the general population if he is not a fish it is a fold and if he is some fish which he is because limping I call but don't be too thrilled about it.

Yeah, I like a raise on turn to get it in. 98 did flash in my head when I saw him lead turn. Based on his stack size, I think we can deduce that he might be a fish. If I had stats on him then surely I would get his stack by river for sure. And I believe he did in fact turned out to be a fish. A value clown fish.
