hi,

he is a 44/5/4.4 on 27. pretty passive guy but pretty aggro move. I just let go for that reason.

Cbetting flop seems like a decent option for value against a passive villain.
Turn seems fine against his over bet with 9 flush outs to win.

i would rather use 54s, 87s, 86s type hands to check back. he should not have sets in his range, so next to our flush outs a decent amount of our two pair and all trips outs should be live. against a potsize bet you need 33% equity, he makes it larger so we need like 40%. let's say we have 25% against his range and a decent amount of implieds and basically no inverse implieds -> I call.
