Sets are super in his calling range pre-flop. Also he was tanking the turn as if he was deciding on a check raise. If he was tanking if he should continue a flush draw I don't think he would bet out on the river like that on a miss and just give up or check call, as so much other stuff completed as well and I show strength
Think the T is actually a really bad card here as well, as 88-TT is in a calling range and QQ+ would 4-bet. We may beat JJ but I don't think he would lead out. Also lots of 2-pair combos etc. and straight.
I would have checked behind the river if he checks.
