The villain is 29/20/af2.3 3B:6.2 287 hands

I just watched this reg stack a fish with AdKh on 3cKs8h9hJc board, the fish had JsTs.

That was just a few hands ago so I don't think he has AKo again. It's hard to win 100BB. Sometimes it takes an hour to work a fish like that.

So I felt like this would be a good timing for 5bet bluff shove because I bet he doesn't wanna risk losing all that glimmer that he worked so hard for.

PokerStars - $0.16 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

CO: 239.94 BB
Hero (BTN): 100 BB
SB: 117.06 BB
BB: 100 BB
UTG: 100 BB
MP: 206.75 BB

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has 5♥ A♥

fold, fold, CO raises to 3 BB, Hero raises to 9 BB, fold, fold, CO raises to 25 BB, Hero raises to 100 BB and is all-in, fold

Hero wins 51.5 BB

Thoughts?

This is gamblers fallacy. Past cards do not influence future cards ever.

We should not do that. There is no way he would not risk the chips he gained if he is a reg.
If you bluff all-in you need to do it because of other reasons than this.

A5s is ok to use as a 5bet bluff to balance your value range but as the first poster said not necessary especially in the micros imo.
