The villain was a maniac. He's been raising and calling with junk, and so far he got lucky and knocked 2 players out. I definitely feel that AQs is ahead of his range. But at these blind levels I dunno if it's worth it?

You're probably going to be 60/40, which I don't like at these blinds.

I'd call with 10/10+

This depends on his range. You need a little more than 55% for a showdown in the early stages of a SnG. So if you know he is capable of just pushing weaker aces here you can call. However, if this is the first time he makes such a big raise I tend to fold to use my edge against him in even better situations.
