how do you treat these river oop donks?

It's weird, but against a unknown I would fold his shove. Sizing on flop seems small and I would make it around half pot on turn as well.

Check turn as getting value is going to be hard. Same time try to give villain floats chance to stab and pot control. This river donk shove is classical fish line and probably shows with Qx very often.
