Hand from Ignition 5NL, 6max

Didn't want to call with Q♥:8♥: on the BTN and the CO had been opening a little wide so I decided to 3-bet as a bluff. BB cold call is slightly worrying...

Anyways, as the hand played out can I ever find a fold here? I dont expect the villain to bet 3 streets with any 8 so his range is either sets, maybe a turned pair of Jacks that has to have the J♠: and all the missed spade draws(KQs,QTs,T9s etc)

I think BB's range is pretty strong here. Cold calling your 3bet pre oop.

Although 33/44 really should not call pre unless he is a fish. He is repping 88/99/TT, imo.

Whatever, this is, I think the place to fold is on turn because once you call turn you can't fold river.

I agree but would expect BB to 4-bet AA, KK maybe even AK or QQ's. I personally think that when the J on the turn comes hands like 99,TT will not triple barrel. I feel like he either has a set/two-pair maybe Jx or missed spades.

I would fold preflop. If you think CO is opening too wide you should add more value hands to expand your 3bet range, not more bluffs. Unless you know he will fold way to much vs 3bets. I dont think you know that here.
As played I would fold turn and certainly river.

3betting the hand pre is A-Okay, however, getting action from SB or BB 3 way is very alarming to me so I would be very careful when someone starts to donk on these boards.

You are right, you can 3bet Q8s on the button vs CO open raise.
I am probably playing more tight preflop than you are πŸ˜‰.
But it is certainly not necessary at nl5 to 3bet here imo.

Makes sence to call vs draws if you have read he plays them this way. He would have bunch of them. But I would probably fold ott anyway unless villain is super maniac.
