I was not sure whether to call the river but correct me if I am wrong, please.
I have no data against him so I am putting villain on a calling range of 99-22, AQs-A2s, K8s+, QTs+, JTs, T9s,98s,87s,76s, ATo+, KJo+. My hand on the river has a 42% equity vs that range when I only require 29% and need to win a further $1.10 to make the call profitable (assuming I have done my implied odd calcs correctly)
My issue here, have I folded to tight here, and should I have called the turn? Now going over the hand I think I should have called the turn.

Seat 1 is the button (VPIP/PFR/AGG/HANDS)

Hey,

You should c-bet flop with flush draw and no showdown value. It's a good board for you and you should have a lot of fold equity even against 2 villains and you keep the initiative so it's easier to play on the turn. I would c-bet 0.35$ on the flop.

As played, I like your turn fold. You are out of position and you don't get direct odds to call and there's still a chance you are drawing dead to a better flush. Really no need to get yourself into ugly river spots when not necessary on NL5.

Cheers!

Thread title seems a little bit off with in mind you are already folding on the turn.
With in mind you have 9 outs of the 46 unknown cards you have 19,6% equity to hit the flush. You need to call 70c to win a total pot of $2,40 and you need 29,17% equity. That means a fold is fine for sure.

Cheers,

Agree with the above.
But I wanna add one thing for the micros.
Don't calculate yourself in a call if your gut tells you otherwise.
Same with bluffs.

And, just cbet every flop with a face card if you are the preflop raiser.
Keeps your life easy.

In this case, I would have double barreled for sure. Probably even triple barreled depending on the river card.

The turn fold is fine but for sure i would cbet this board on MWP with FD and 2 high cards.
