As played, top pair top kicker you have to call one time. If he bets again, then you have to give up if you did not improve.

For better play.

You have to raise more pre-flop. Standard raise is 3x the big blind. You already have 2 limpers so 3x + 1bb for every limper is 5x of the big blind but this is NL2 and people tends to be very sticky so make it 7x the big blind. You want value for your good hand plus let's punish the limpers.
