CO folds, BTN raises to 1,200, 2 folds

BTN mucked and won 870 (540 net)

I've got walked pretty much every time by this player on my left when I was on BB, His stats are 36/6 and his raising 3x this time.
On the other hand, the opponent on the left of me was not defending at all, always folding to my raises.

Any other table, I would jam this and hope for the best - but here It felt like a mistake to shove, AQs+ AKo 99+ I'd probably shove here.

well of you got walled every time why taking a variance spot in a high icm situation with a shorty on the table? Its ok to let go.

From ICM perspective is this a easy fold or you expect he will fold almost any hand if you shove.
That's I think not to likely with in mind he's now prized in to call after his 4x raise.
