yes you should call against a tight opponent, and you can reraise against a lagh player.
JJ is just far to strong to fold it against one single raiser.
the limpers should not be taken into account right now there is only one problem.
if you only call there will be other calers too so any overcard makes your hand vulnurable.
so i would reraise here to 400 and then reevaluate on the flop.
if he reraises you all in.... then its tough, but i think you should still call against lag plkayers and fold against TIGHT players probably.
