For sure and with the blockers to most sets you are most of the time in decent shape.
This is 1 of the worst possible scenario's I think.

Imho your raise is very strong, you are in the jungle between other oppo.

You can raise 9, max 10bb.
You don't need add many bluff, you don't want generate too folding equity.

Vs oppo with a deep thinking process I call only, you haven't many combo of QQ and KK.

As played when willain 3bet is very sick, however at nl 2 he can overplay AA or AK, play fast is sexy.

Mostly folding pre but you could 3bet as played getting it in with top 2 pair seems reasonable blocking KK QQ while villain can have AK AA although id elect to just call the flop.The problem you have here is the board is dry and villain likely doesn't take this line with guts shot type AQ AJ AT and you block A.You basically isolated yourself vs the top of villains range on a pretty dry board id be far happier raising this hand on a two tone flop as villain has far more draws to play aggressively or call with.
