River is nasty, but with in mind a 2x hand isn't to likely here I would most likely call. You beat almost any 2 pair combo's

préflop: good hand to 3bet SB vs UTG but is not mandatory in NL2.
flop: il like the check call because you can expect vilain to keep barrelling on K and Q
Turn: oblivious call
River: if you fold here you fold all your range on the river. There is 2 busted draw even if you block some of them and vilain could still value Ak like that.
