hm i think i would raise bigger on the flop.
with the pot beeing 600 already, plus your raise it gets 1600 and you only have 1455 left.
if he calls your raise you are comitted. you only have 1.455 left and the pot is 2375 so i dont think you can still fold here with a hand which might have 14 outs.

i think i would check raise all in here on the flop. if you play this hand you are comitted with the check/raise so maximize your foldequity on the flop where your hand rates to be 50/50 to an A paired hand (like AT)
