1)

3beting with ATo preflop?
with 1 limp and one raiser?

the raiser is a maniac?

5) one guy is all-in, and are you sure that you aren't behind?.
(MP calls, Hero raises, Button 3-bets, 2 folds, MP caps, Hero calls, Button calls.) if you weren't behind before i don't think that the king was such a good card. i honestly think that a Check/call if he bets is a better way to go. or even a check/fold is not a bad play.

6)I believe that a fold on the turn isn't a bad thing either. i mean, what type of hands are you beating? the hands you can't beat are just to many. like AA,KK,QQ,JJ,TT,KQ and any two cards with a ace in it. the only hand you beat are something like K9... or pairs under the board.

(if you see my post's and there's something that you think is wrong, then don't hesitate to tell it to me. my regular game is NL. but was playing 0.5/ 1 - 3/6 in a time in my life(not to long ago). I play both NL and FL :)

2. I would call the flopbet and raise the turn, since you have no reads.
3. Call River imo. The second queen doesnt improve your hand so much (now you are just ahead against T9, T4, 94 and it is unlikely that he will bet these hands)
