I'm most likely not playing HU in the first place on NL2 with the rake that will kill your win rate.
Without any info your 3bet sizing seems big. I would make it around 7bb.
It's also good to know what your though process was, but most of the time I would bet the turn smaller like 15bb with in mind you are committed if you make it more and it's still easy to get all the chips in the middle if he called and he's a calling station.
