QJ - good spot to tripple barrel?

Against a random villain I don't see a point in 3betting against a UTG raise.
QJs can play well in position post-flop and I would just call.

Without much info on villain a Cbet isn't to bad, but I would most likely Cbet at least half pot on a wet board like this. After the Cbet I would just shut down. Off course the turn is a decent barrel card,but against a fish that doesn't like to fold a 3 barrel is to much for sure.

I agree with SDK, on wet board we want to mostly check ,but u comit to the pot with 3bet and dont want to lose your investing chips.

Nothing wrong wrong mixing in some 3 bets with those hands, on the button you can also call, but then you open yourself up for a squize from the blinds, so overall the 3 bet is good here.

Flop can be checked, but your sizing is good, like the turn bet, altho would have more credit if you checked the flop. You don't have hearts, so the river bet is fine.. I bet he called you with AQ...

I don't see a huge problem with that minraise, the problem with NL2 Zoom is that it is really hard to assume ranges only by the villain's actions, I see a lot of people just XC to bait, but as SDK said, you could barrel on the turn, but a 3 barrel in position is a huge overplay, you already commited 31% of your stack and it is unlikely he is going to fold to a 4, X behind is probably the best move here.

In any case, it couldn't be regarded as a huge mistake - both PF and postflop.
It is quite player-dependent obviously... What one should take out of this hand is how to extract value in the future against similar opponents. Because quite common leak among most of the players would be to bluff this way, but to checkback the river with AQ/AK, being afraid of straights, sets, etc... That's how you'd make your line -EV for sure.
And again - reading players doesn't mean soul-reading or something, but simple tendencies like this one. Ask yourself at some point in the session - should this guy "bravely" check-call three bets like that in similar situation, or should he fold? One has to decisively answer this question to himself way before engaging in such hand...
