I think 2barrelling is good here.

The cbet/bluff on the river was maybe overplayed IMO. Especially because CO's short stack is an indicator that he/she is not a good player. Could be a calling station that can't lay down mid-strength hand.

On the other hand, villain only has a 1/2 pot size stack left. Ace high has marginal SD value. I think it is a negative freeroll situation and maybe it is even better to bet. X/c is not an option, IMO. Only alternative is x/f.

I would most likely check the turn to get a free card for a flush.
I doubt a random player will fold to many hands after your flop Cbet.
