10 9 two pairs vs river shove.

What I am supposed to do on the river? Is this easy fold? The villain is unknown. OR two pairs is too strong to be folded here?

Pre-flop is already a close call against a 3bet out of position.
Post-flop is fine for sure untill the river. I would bet for value as well.
Not sure what to think of his shove, but with only a bluff catcher I would most likely fold against a unknown.
