Q5 river decision

This is pretty stupid spot but anyway. The villain is a reg and I really don`t believe he would bluff the river this way. Do you think it is a good idea to call with the trips here or I don`t beat anything here.

I would consider to lead the flop multi way with trips. Especially if the CO is a weaker player and than you could get some value.
Onturn I would most likely raise a little bit more like $2,70 for value, but that's it. River is kinda nasty. 43 seems not to likely or he has 22 or something, but it's really tough to fold trips without any reads on him.
