Hello,
My idea for the river was to bet small and call a reraise of the opponent as many draws missed and it was possible to bluff them. However, his reraise was pretty big. The villain is unknown. Do you think I can call here or it is better to fold?

What's he repping here?
KTs (4)
QQ (1-3 combos)
99 (3)
AQ (9)

not even close at all. when you bet an inducer size, don't second-guess yourself - just call the raise.
