Ugly turn card for possible straights and flushes. I call with my flush redraw and the river delivers a ace... How do I play this board? Reraise turn? Fold the river? Can I just coldcall two times?

preflop your raise is ok but i would make it up to 240. but 200 is ok because you have position on the sb after the flop.
on the flop you have to bet more. bet around 320-350 to denie good odds for calling hands. this flop looks not that good because its somehow connected and 2 spades are not that good either.
so 250 is a bit too weak i think.

the turn card is really a horrible card ;)
because there is 1 to a straight now, a flush is possible and the board is getting more and more dangerous. but you can never fold here because you might still be best and you have some outs to your 2nd nut flush.

i would not raise the turn because if you raise him you are pot comitted if he reraises you all in.
only against the most agressiv players i would raise the turn.
but you can not fold.
on the river its even harder.
now you only beat a bluff.
if he was semi bluffing on the turn with something like A :spade: 6  or something like this you are dead, if he has the flush you are dead, if he has a 7 you are dead....
you are getting 5:1 odds to find out.
i dont know exactly if you win often enough here to make this call profitable.
my first guess would be you just have to call with those huge odds, but its not a great one.
