shove this hand preflop !
this is a perfect situation for a preflop shove.
there is already 900 in the pot, and you have 1500 left, so if you shove here and nobody calls your stack has increased by 3/5, thats a HUGE win.

and even if somebody calls you have the 5th best hand in a headsup situation.

so shove this hand preflop. with your M beeing @ 7.7 you have to do something and here is a prefect situation it just takes some heart.

as played i would bet hand on the flop. somebody with A high or a small pair might call you where you are a big favourite to win. but you cannot check and let perhaps somebody take a freeshot at an overcard.
i mean there is a chance somebody bets at this flop but in an unraised pot i like to take the lead here.
bet aroun 600 and see what happens, if somebody calls shove the turn no matter what, if somebody shoves you call.
