Do not deposit to PokerStars until you verify account.

If you're a hobby player, do not play at PokerStars from non-English location if PS doesn't support local language. They will not let you to withdraw money. Even the amount you have deposited.
I live in country where they don't support local language and very hard to get an English document to proof the address. Few years ago, I managed to send a 85 days old bill (they ask for 90 days old). They replied in 7-10 days saying you need to send new one. That time it took over 1 month to get verified. Now I have a new situation when I can't verify the address as they are extremely picky with documents. They asked for notarised translation which cost 40 USD. Take a look at recent reviews. So many complaints.
