First of all I don't see any 3bet during the hand, but you just call a 3x raise in position in the BB.
Not sure why you didn't made a 3bet pre-flop. I only would call if the SB is really tight.
As played I would most likely fold the turn on his/her pot size bet. You doesn't get the odds to hit your draw and you could be drawing to the 2nd best hand on a paired board like this. River is a fold for sure.
