J9s - river decision w/ 2pair

River is nasty. I would consider to lead half pot with 2 pair with in mind the UTG has most likely a weak hand based on those funky min bets so far and you want to get some value. If you face a raise you have a easy fold. with so many made hands CO could have and multi way it's really tough to bluff. Especially on NL2. That makes it for me easier to fold.

I would fold.

A 1bb bet is essentially a check and we should be donk-leading the turn for protection.

We should also donk lead the river 1/2 and fold to a raise.

As played, I'd fold the river. We haven't invested alot and are no way committed. I'd imagine to be behind here alot.

as played river is a clear fold, unfortunately we don't know if this is based on value or he just "got sick of the weak line we and utg had so far".

for what it's worth I keep notes on the villains that 1bb bets are to induce or just scared bets with 3rd pair etc.
With so passive lines from our side on flop and turn we allow everybody to draw so the only way to win the hand is donk 1/3 - 1/2 river and fold to a raise. if utg clicks it back i'm really tempted again to call, even though the norm would be to fold.
