Both players are regs and play pretty normal poker. I felt uncomfortable the whole hand and was not sure what to do.

CO: €69.01 (138 bb)
BTN: €75.93 (151.9 bb)
SB: €50.00 (100 bb)

SB posts €0.25, Hero posts BB €0.50

Pre Flop: (pot: €0.75) Hero has Q♥: Q♣:
CO raises to €1.25, fold, SB raises to €5.00, Hero calls €4.50, CO calls €3.75

Flop: (€15.00, 3 players) 4♦: 7♣: 6♠:
SB checks, Hero bets €7.50, CO calls €7.50, fold

Turn: (€30.00, 2 players) 7♦:
Hero checks, CO checks

River: (€30.00, 2 players) J♣:
Hero checks, CO checks

I think 4-handed QQ is 4bet/call with these stacksizes, but I am looking forward to see answers from experienced players

Cold 4bet to fold vs CO (without info) and cold 4bet to call shove vs SB.

Your call is the worst choise possible: you win few when you are aged and you lose a big pot when you are behind...
:(

Moreover QQ in 3way pot is a sick hand to play in the worst relative position
