It's my understanding that GG poker rakes preflop if there is a 3bet so how does this effect preflop ranges as solver ranges 3bet or fold most positions apart from Btn and BB.Does anyone know if there are ranges that account for rake in 3bet pots and would solver ranges include cold call ranges from each position taking this preflop rake in to consideration?.
