HJ is a decent reg, who is not great but is good player. CO obviously is fish, which you can see even from his stack size. I don`t know what to do on the turn and river. In reality I don`t have many 8s and 89s in my range, while villain obviously have them. The problem is that he checks the turn which I don`t really understand. On the river I hoped to make a block bet to face a cheap showdown, as I don`t like facing a shove. The problem with this is that obviously I don`t have 8 with that bet and villain can easily bet. Do you think he will really shove with many bluffs here and fold is fine, or I should call here?

i might call this one. the river changes nothing and you're obviously capped, so villain might actually turn some pairs into bluffs here

The problem is i induce bluffs here and don't call after that, which is really sad

i like the bet. if we check, villain can still jam the river anyway...
the question is how are we manipulating his bluff frequency by making a small bet when compared by checking - in practice, will villain bluff more or less often, and will it be enough bluffs? i don't know the answer.

Imho is a check flop, in 3way is a sick board, you can be under a train and when you are ahed your equity realization is low.

Pot control and gg

As played you haven't 8x I think, I check all my range :)
