iPoker - €0.05 PL Hi (6 max) - Omaha Hi - 4 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

Hero (BB): 101.4 BB
CO: 100 BB
BTN: 202.8 BB
SB: 68 BB

SB posts SB 0.4 BB, Hero posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.4 BB) Hero has J♠ 9♣ J♣ 5♠

fold, BTN raises to 2 BB, fold, Hero raises to 6.4 BB, BTN calls 4.4 BB

Flop: (13.2 BB, 2 players) J♥ 9♦ 7♥
Hero ?

Villain is a weak-tigh with 30 vpip though. I expect his c-bet range to be tight and merged but he sometimes cant let go of hands that are obviously beat. The risk of villain to check-back is high too.

Call preflop.

Solver would check/bet 1/3 here about 50/50, and then jam if opponent raises. Simplified strategy is to use half a pot on these boards, and that's what I would do here. Half a pot bet, if opponent raises then get it in. If he calls, hope for a blank/pairing turn. :f_drink:

what´s solvers´plan after checking, check-raise i guess?

Spoiler

Because that´s what I did..

Flop: (13.2 BB, 2 players) J♥ 9♦ 7♥
Hero checks, BTN bets 6.6 BB, Hero raises to 33 BB, BTN raises to 112.2 BB, Hero calls 62 BB

Turn: (203.2 BB, 2 players) A♦

River: (203.2 BB, 2 players) 5♦

BTN shows 8♠ T♦ Q♠ 6♠ (Straight, Jack High)
(Pre 41%, Flop 67%, Turn 78%)
Hero mucks J♠ 9♣ J♣ 5♠ (Three of a Kind, Jacks)
(Pre 59%, Flop 33%, Turn 23%)
BTN wins 197.2 BB

as I said, solver jams if opponent raises. But in solver, the BTN raising range is probably wider than here in reality.
