HU as a default I usually use the 1/2psb when being ip but also often bet a bigger 2/3b sizing as an exploit, since opponents cannot adapt to it correctly: they either start fit/folding or calling loose with draws and marginal hands passively giving me lots of visibility and playability on later SPR´s. In this hand I chose 1/2pot again despite being multiway because Villains are both aggressive regulars whereas BB is more tight and solid. Considering the player types it is possible I should have polarized more and checked back my hand otf.
Ott it kinda makes sense to bet very smallish to protect at least a little and keep the option to bet/fold (if I think villain is not semi-bluffing, which I assume he is not doing often enough) or to go for pot to commit and isolate our hand. I think checking is not a real option since we have reverse draw blockers and nearly all draws are still missing.
