she is a really nitty reg. I think if she raises mway here it doesn't look too nice 11/9/3 on 200

Against a nit a fold isn't to bad, but really tough to do with top pair decent kicker:f_thumbsup:

I don't understand why would we lead this and then fold to further aggression. Isn't it better to just c/c?

I would also try to protect my top pair and I would also fold on the raise, especially against the nitty opponent πŸ‘

Raise preflop to 3.5-4bb. Flop lead is fine and folding probably ok with good read on villain. It's very exploitative fold line to take though.
