Hi, i would like to know your views of what would have been the optimal play here. Villain has extremely high 4-bet percentage 13. Instead of 5betting preflop i called the 4bet cause i wanted to see if there arent A, K, or Q on the flop. Was this the correct play preflop?

Villain stats hands:363, VPIP: 30, PFR:25, Agg: 1.3, 3-bet:20%, 4-bet:13. C-bet flop:38%, c-bet turn:50%, c-bet river:0. Fold to flop reraise:0%, fold to turn float bet 75%, fold to river float bet: 67%

At flop i reraised villains bet cause he has flop fold to rereraise %0.

a) should i have reraised smaller amount? what it should have been?
b) should i have just called all 3 streets?
a) what should u do if on any street theres an A, K, or Q showing up and villain keeps betting, do u call or fold?

I have moved your hand to our hand discussion forum. There fits it better.
Pre-flop could be a raise of like 25c, but this is fine as well. Villain has a 3bet% of 20%. That makes it for me easier to make a 4bet for value to like $2,30 and call a shove. This line isn't to bad ether.
As played I would just call the flop with the J♠: as back-up. That makes it less likely villain has a flush draw and we miss the fold to raise on flop. You make a raise. Not a re-raise (3bet).

Cheers,

Thanks, that's a great answer! Yeah i kinda didnt understand the situation quite correctly. I thought villain 4-bet me but yes ur correct that actually was the 3-bet. I didnt think about the Js either at the flop while i was playing the hand. Thanks for pointing that out.

I like your play.
There are so many cards we don't like to see on the turn. So I would have played the same way in this case.
