I would just fold vs a utg range if he had more bb with this spr its close because your kicker is so weak and he is likely to have hit or draw to smth.
Any info on villain would be nice as well. it's weird to limp with a <10bb stack.
I would most likely lead flop around half pot anf fold to a shove for thin value and protection.
Check/shoving seems to much against a unknown that bet almost 2/3 pot and I expect that you haven't to much fold equity in a spot like this.
