TT MP vs. Maniac/LAG

if villain ia a maniac a 4bet to like 30bb is a option as well i think.
As played you are in a tough spot on the river. A lot of better hands villain can shove like this and we don't know anything of his/het post-flop game.

With regards to preflop stats: 14% is pretty loose but sample size isn't super large.
Also, 14% refers to overall 3bet, but most players are wider in blinds vs late positions, and tighter vs early positions. It's fair to assume that he's 3betting ~10% vs you in this spot, which means that TT would be a little thin for 4betting preflop, though it wouldn't be the biggest mistake. It would be a good play if opponent is jamming a ton of AXs and smaller pairs which TT dominates but it would be bad if your opponent calls in position a lot vs 4bets or folds a lot (which means you are wasting this hand and turning it into a bluff)

I think you need to have a good gameplan on what you intend to call down with and what you don't intend to call down with. You also need to know his tendencies - Is he firing 3 barrels a lot or just firing 2 and giving up?

If he's bluff 3barreling a lot, the best line is to play passive and call down. If he loves to fire twice and give up, it could be good to add some turn check/raises to protect your hand from his AK/AQ type of hands (2 overs + gutshot = 10 outs = 20% equity).

Also, TT is pretty far up in your range, and I do not expect him to have too many 3X, he should have way more AX combos and aggro guys love to rep the straight here even when they cannot really do so. So JJ would have been a 4bet, and you are supposed to have 66-TT. Since TT is at the top of your calling range, this would be a clear call.

You could argue that 77 and 88 > 99 since 88 and 77 block 87s but since your opponent shouldn't 3barrel 77-99 for thin value, 77=99 in terms of relative hand strength.
