can i call flop profitable in this heavy draw board? - maybe i am ahead here becose 46 and higher pair or two pairs are unlikely here.

I fold this flop. Only very seldom you get to see the showdown by just calling this one bet. And for calling multiple barrels your hand is just not strong enough as there can easily be a higher pocket, a straight or a set in a 5way pot. Plus the board will either get even more drawy or will bring overcards and you dislike both options.
