This hand history is really tough to read. I guess the blinds are 100/200. I can't tell if there are antes involved. It looks like you are the short stack on the table and we don't know anything of the big stack, but if villain is abusing he bubble A9o seems like a decent push. I wouldn't have a call range with in mind you have only 675 more behind if you call. It cost to much chips to play a hand post-flop and you have no fold equity left.
Based on what I see you are in the SB and is the big stack raising from the CO.
