hi i have here one hand from ICM - but i really dont know why we have to push here any two?

BU 8,030.00 and fold
HERO is SB(50.00) 1,110.00 with 10s3h
BB (100) 5,710.00

i prefer to FOLD but ICM said PUSH with any two

call range for BB is just 7,5%

thx

i fold this as well...calling range from BB will b more like 15%

Don´t like push here, there is only 150, little bit more than tenth of your stack, BB surely calls looser at micro/low BIs and we are building FE for next time (villain will think we are tight, so we might steal it with lesser efort next time, when the blinds will be bigger).

Hi all,

Assuming villain calls with your range (and no looser!), looserbaby79, we have a pretty profitable push here with our T3o (it's T high! ).

Here we can see that provided our opponent calls 25% or less (this is:

22+, Ax+, K9s+, KTo+, QTs+)

we have a profitable push. So: yes I push at this limit but it's ok to fold sometimes in this spot and just wait for slightly better spots. But generally you will find that your instinctive definition of a "loose calling range" in each situation is not actually that loose!
