Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibli closed by the remote host.

I have the same problem EVERY time I boot up my computer. I solve it by stopping postgresql and then restarting it.
Just go to start/all programs/postgresql8.3/stop service
then start/all programs/postgresql8.3/start service
Its a bit of a pain doing it every time I start up my PC so a permanent solution would be appreiated.
try to drag and drop the start service tool, into your autostart folder, mayb that will help?
